After staying clean for a year and a half Stephanie realized that she wanted to help others who suffered from addiction. Stephanie became a Tech at a Woman's Detox and Treatment Center in Delray Beach Florida. She rose quickly through the ranks due to her dedication and ethics. She soon became the Tech Supervisor and went on to become the Program Coordinator.
Stephanie began her formal education during her balancing work, family and her own recovery. In 2004 she went on to work at a full medical detox facility.
Soon after she was recruited by a local treatment center as a Discharge Planner and Case Manager, when the Program Director resigned she stepped in to take his case load of clients as their Therapist. An Illness forced her to resign.
It was not long before she again received a call with a job offer. A brand new Treatment Center, Transformations Treatment was opening and they needed a Life Skills Coach. Stephanie gladly accepted and again found herself working in more than one capacity to help Transformations Treatment become successful. Today she still works for Transformations two and a half years later. Today they are a 40 bed facility and she is proud to be a part of such a successful program. It has always been my dream to own a Sober House. I know the importance of having a safe and comfortable home. Serenity is priceless. My goal is to offer support, compassion and respect to those people who have struggled to gain and maintain their recovery at all costs.
